Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Skyroclip collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are. Skyroclip is the data controller; for any question: contact@skyroclip.com.

1. Data we collect

Account: email address, display name, role, language.

Campaigns and clips: campaigns, submitted clip URLs, views, conversions, earnings.

Social accounts: declared handles, and for connected accounts, the information provided by the platform (ID, username, display name) and access tokens.

Payments: handled by Stripe; we only store Stripe identifiers and subscription status, never card numbers.

Conversion tracking: when someone clicks a Skyroclip link, their country, city and approximate location (rounded to about ten kilometres), device type, source network and a hashed fingerprint of their IP address (never stored in plain text).

Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner.

White papers: your email address, the guide requested and the language, to send you the guide; and, only if you tick the box, to send you our news (unsubscribe anytime, in one click or by email).

2. Data received from TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram

When you connect an account, we receive your ID, username and display name, plus access tokens. We use them only to: show the connected account, verify that submitted clips come from your accounts, and publish the clips you choose to share, to the accounts you select.

Tokens are encrypted (Supabase Vault) and never sent to the browser. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Skyroclip's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the account in “My accounts”, or from the settings of Google (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), TikTok, Facebook or Instagram. Tokens are then deleted. To delete all your data, see https://skyroclip.com/en/data-deletion/.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (performance of contract), paying clippers and billing creators (contract and legal obligations), preventing fraud (legitimate interest), measuring audience (consent).

4. Processors

Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the EU), Cloudflare (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (Analytics, YouTube API), TikTok (API), Meta (Facebook Login, Instagram API), Vizard (clip generation with your own key), Apify (reading public clip statistics).

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where the law requires otherwise (billing records). A social account's tokens are deleted as soon as it is disconnected.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to us at contact@skyroclip.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local authority.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
