Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Skyroclip (skyroclip.com and app.skyroclip.com), a platform that connects creators, who fund clipping campaigns, with clippers, who post short clips of their videos and get paid on results.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Skyroclip.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and choose a role (creator or clipper). You are responsible for activity on your account.

You may only declare and verify social media accounts that you own.

3. Campaigns and payments

Creators fund their campaign budget and pay a 10% service fee. The budget is held by Skyroclip and paid out to clippers according to the campaign rules (views, conversions, or both), up to the budget.

Clipper earnings are paid through Stripe Connect. Creators may reject conversions during the dispute window (refund, fraud). Unspent budget from an ended campaign can be refunded on request, minus fees.

4. Skyroclip Pro

Skyroclip Pro is a clipper subscription (€5 per month or €50 per year, with a 7-day free trial) that unlocks Autoclip and Autopost. It renews automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Autoclip uses the clipper's own Vizard API key: Vizard usage is billed by Vizard under its own plans.

5. Posting to social networks

When you connect an account (YouTube, TikTok…), you authorize Skyroclip to publish the clips YOU choose to share, to the accounts YOU select. Skyroclip never posts without your action.

You remain responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and TikTok's Terms of Service.

You can disconnect an account at any time from “My accounts” or from the platform's security settings.

6. Content and rights

Creators warrant that they hold the rights to the source videos of their campaigns and authorize clippers who join a campaign to publish excerpts, following the rules they set.

Publishing illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is prohibited.

7. Fraud

Prohibited practices include buying views, clicks or conversions, using bots, and claiming accounts you do not own. Skyroclip may withhold earnings, suspend or close an account in case of fraud.

8. Liability

Skyroclip is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any number of views or sales. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid to Skyroclip in the last 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced. These terms are governed by French law.
